4. Intellectual Property

Client Work: Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, upon full payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables for their intended purpose. We retain the right to use completed work in our portfolio and promotional materials unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.
Third-Party Content: Some content may include third-party materials used under license. Such materials remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. General terms include:
- A deposit may be required before work commences
- Final payment is due upon delivery of completed work
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- All prices are quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated
6. Cancellation and Refunds

- Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled work may forfeit payment
